The Wonder Project- Test Launch

Hello Blogger's,

This week, for The Wonder Project, we looked at Health & safety Also we had a test Launch. We went to Keith Hay Park for our test run. What we needed for our test run was a 1.5 litre bottle & fins for the sides.  Keti & Justin,  got to launch the rocket with Cole and Cole is a scientist and we were so lucky that he took the time to do the Wonder Project with us. When we got to Keith Hay park Keti & Justin & Cole settled  up for there first launch and we were all it was cheering and off it went and it went high and it was  Awesome.

For our Health & Safety we watched a video from Rocket lab and it told us things that we needed to know for launching our rocket and our PSI limit was 60 and PSI stands for pound per square inch. We needed a air pump for it to go up and our PSI was 60 and 200 ml of water inside and the more the water that will be inside the lower it would be like it won't go that high because there is a lot water.

For the weather it is suppose to be a clear day so you aren't suppose to do it in the rain or in the wind or both because it can be really hard to launch because if the wind was going the side where you will launch it would be fine because it will just go the way you are launching, if you are launching the opposite way the wind is then it could hit you because if the wind was going to the right and you were launching to the left then it would go back because it's following the wind.
